By replacing fear of the unknown with curiosity we open ourselves up to an infinite stream of possibility. We can let fear rule our lives or we can become childlike with curiosity, pushing our boundaries, leaping out of our comfort zones, and accepting what life puts before us.

I’m currently transitioning into cybersecurity, driven by a genuine interest in how systems work, how they fail, and how they can be protected. I enjoy learning through hands-on practice - breaking and fixing things in labs, understanding why something went wrong, and figuring out how to make it more secure and reliable.
Before moving into tech, I spent five years working as a graphic designer. Design taught me a lot beyond visuals: how to think structurally, pay attention to details, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the final result. Those habits carried over naturally into cybersecurity, where small oversights can turn into real problems.
What draws me to cybersecurity is the mix of technical thinking and human behavior. Many security issues aren’t just about technology, but about people, processes, and assumptions - and I enjoy looking at problems from that broader perspective. I’m especially interested in defensive security, system administration, and SOC-style work, where monitoring, analysis, and clear decision-making really matter.
Right now, I’m focused on building a strong foundation through continuous learning, labs, and certifications, while looking for an entry-level role or internship where I can grow, contribute, and learn from real-world environments.
I value clarity, responsibility, and steady improvement - and I’m excited to bring that mindset into a career in cybersecurity.
